The Instagram team announced that they have completely re-worked the application for windows mobile 10. Now it includes all the stuff that the other users were having for such a long time.
As you know, the windows store do not have any logs for the changes made, the changes and the improvements are usually caught up by the users:

As of 11th May, the developers from Instagram presented the new design that came out as part of the 8.0 version of the application. This change include a new icon as well as posts re-positioning for better focus on your own updates.
